Are subtitle timestamps preserved?

Uploaded subtitle timestamps are preserved. Video speech is transcribed first; those timestamps may be approximate.

Can I translate to Traditional Chinese?

Yes. Simplified and Traditional Chinese are separate choices. Choose one language for each task.
