How to add an end card to your video
Give viewers one clear next step at the end: follow, subscribe, open your profile, watch the full video or leave a comment. Choose a card, write a short message and preview it before exporting.
Choose one action
Match the action to this video. A tutorial might point to the full explanation; a series might ask viewers to follow for the next part. Use one main instruction rather than filling the card with competing requests. For example, “Follow for the next editing tip” explains both the action and the reason.
Select your video and preview it
Choose an MP4, MOV or WebM you own or have permission to edit. You can inspect the local video and configure the card before signing in. Keep the original file and use a source that fits the editor’s current account conditions.
Choose a template and edit the message
Open the template and text editor. Select the action offered by the card, edit the available guidance or brand text, and use the extra headline or action fields when the selected template provides them. Use your own logo or an authorized image if needed. Preview the card with the video’s proportions and keep the text short enough to read on a small screen.
Give viewers a real place to go
A button drawn into the exported video is part of the picture: it cannot be clicked. Put the matching destination in the post, profile or a platform feature that supports links. If you use an arrow, check where the relevant control will actually appear on that platform.
Export and check the ending
Request export and follow the sign-in and processing prompts. The selected end card is appended after the video. Open the generated version, play the transition into the card and check the text, logo and ending. Confirm the post or platform destination matches the instruction, then keep both your source and finished file.
